The thermometer automatically switches on at a folding angle of 45°. It switches off when the sensor is folded up again. The thermometer automatically switches off after approx. 10 minutes,
if the folding up of the sensor is being omitted.

The functional thermometer is suitable for temperature measurement of fluid, pasty and semisolid mediums – also for food in accordance with HACCP and EN 13485.
